This would be less of a problem if there were A) a clear way of obtaining tech support or B) personal accounts that remember your purchases even if you delete the app itself.

Both VIZ and Yen Press already have the latter, which is vital if you want your customers to feel secure when buying a digital copy of their manga instead of a physical one. Now that DMP is switching over entirely to digital releases, thats even more important.

Its also worth mentioning that not all translations are up to par. Make sure you read a review before purchasing anything, lest a shoddy translation ruin the entire story for you.
